LED phototherapy uses specific wavelengths of light. The FM-22 red programme uses 620 nm. This stage lasts 5 minutes in the automatic sequence.
Blue · 460 nm
Helps care for excess oil and blemishes. Complements a routine focused on oil balance and clearer-looking skin.

The blue programme uses 460 nm light. It runs for 3 minutes in the automatic sequence. No manual colour changes are needed between automatic stages.

You can select a light separately. The manual specifies automatic shut-off after 10 minutes without further adjustments. Follow the settings and duration in the instructions.
Do not exceed the recommended session time. Cosmetic effects vary with your skin and use. The manual does not describe this FM-22 model as having NIR light.

Before your first ritual.
Do I need to change the colours myself?
Not in automatic mode. Select it on the controller: the mask runs red light for 5 minutes, blue for 3, yellow for 4 and mixed for 3, then switches off. Turning it on alone starts manual mode with red light.
Can I select a single colour?
Yes. Manual mode lets you select a light separately, following the instructions. The manual specifies automatic shut-off after 10 minutes if you make no further adjustments.
Should I apply serum before or afterwards?
The manual directs you to use it on clean, dry skin, then apply serum or cream after the session.
How often should I use it, and when will I see results?
The manual initially recommends 3–4 sessions a week for at least four weeks. For maintenance, follow the instructions and your skin’s response. Results vary; do not extend sessions to speed them up.
Is it suitable for me?
Read all precautions in the manual, particularly regarding photosensitivity and medicines that increase light sensitivity. Perform the sensitivity test before first use and stop if you notice a reaction or discomfort.
