Cleanse and apply skincare compatible with the device, following its instructions.
Touch the sensor. Follow your contours.
Rest a finger on the metal area around the indicator at the back. Place the massage surface against your skin and use gentle upward movements.
Wipe it clean and keep it dry.
Clean Virgo with a soft cloth. Do not rinse it under running water. Charge it with the USB cable.
Follow the duration, areas of use and precautions in the manual. Do not apply to broken or irritated skin.

Does Virgo offer LED treatment?
No. Its indicator light shows the selected mode. In the comparison on this page, LED skincare is an addition offered by Pavo Pro over Virgo Pro.
How often should I use it?
The instructions recommend 5–10 minute sessions, up to twice daily. Follow the included manual and stop if discomfort occurs.
Can I rinse it with water?
No. Virgo is not waterproof. Switch it off and clean with the soft cloth. Do not use detergents or running water.
How do I charge it?
Use the included USB cable. A full charge takes approximately two hours; battery life depends on the programme.
What does Virgo Pro add? And Pavo Pro?
